Refund policy

You may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase by emailing [email protected].

This policy applies to new purchases from 20 October 2026. Purchases made under our earlier seven-day policy retain that window. If a longer refund window is stated at checkout or in your product files, that longer window applies.

Include the purchase email, order number, and a short reason. We review reasonable requests fairly, including duplicate purchases, misleading descriptions, or material technical defects.

We may refuse requests that show abuse, repeated refund activity, or redistribution. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable consumer law. Lemon Squeezy may also issue refunds under its own terms and dispute-prevention procedures.
